- Voice/vote: The AWSC comprises current District Representatives, Area officers and coordinators, and Area Information Service (AIS) liaisons. They have a voice and vote at the AWSC meetings. Our past delegates, chairs, and trustees have a voice at these meetings although they do not have a vote, unless they are also current AWSC members.
