There will be 2 options for Pre-Registration. Lunch may only be purchased during pre-registration. On-site registration will be available but no lunch options will be available.

• Online Pre-Registration is OPEN until 10/21/2024 (payment is due at the time of registration)
• Download and Mail in registration form with payment. (Mail in Registrations must be received by October 21st to reserve lunches)  English  Espanol

It Takes a Village, Volunteers are needed to make every conference work:

• Volunteers for the Registration table reach out to District 3.
• Volunteers to bring food for hospitality or help out in hospitality reach out to District 5.
• The Tech team is still in need of help compiling reports and working with the Audio/Visual equipment; reach out to  Shannon at  a54techcoordinator@gmail.com or Shelley at a54website@gmail.com.
• The Hispanic Coordinator needs help with translating reports and doing live translation reach out to spowzer@gmail.com.
