District 13 meeting- Saturday Oct 11

We will be discussing:
1. The Next 3-year Cycle of West Texas Assembly.
Need for each group to have elected a new Group Representative by November Assembly.
It is the Responsibility of each group to send a GR to assembly and pay for their expenses. Refer to Service Manual.
Election of WTA Officers at next Assembly, November 7,8, & 9th, 2014
2. New District Bookmarks with the new QR Code
3. Attraction of young members
4. Possible Need for a Military Coordinator
5. Ask it Basket on the Importance of Service Outside the Group
