Area Secretary\, Paula H.\, continues to do a great job of listening and taking notes of the very busy meetings. See the First Quarter 2019; Volume 51 Issue 1 for the November 3\, 2018 ETAAA business meeting minutes that will be presented for approval at the Spring Assembly meeting\, May 4\, 2019. The proposed ETAAA Business meeting agenda is in this issue. Please bring your own copy with you. These two documents are also posted on the Texas Website under events. \nSunday morning\, May 5 (if you don’t have to hurry back home) your Area Archive Coordinator\, Dolores W.; Website Coordinator\, Dorie J.; Public Outreach Coordinator\, Lynn B.; and Alateen Coordinator\, Jayne G. will be facilitating workshops. The workshops will be coinciding and you are asked to sign-up for the workshop that is of interest to you and/or your home group at the Group Representative (GR) sign-in table on Friday and Saturday. \nDistrict 1 DR\, Mandy T.\, and the host committee have been working diligently to make the Spring Assembly weekend full of fun\, food and fellowship.
